If a flight is delayed, what should you do?
When booking a Malaga airport transfer, please inform us of your flight number. We keep Malaga airport arrival lists up to date. So you don’t need to worry – your car will arrive on time.
Transfer payment options
Payment for transfers in Malaga resorts usually takes place on site to the driver at the end of your trip. If you book a full day or more, our manager will tell you in advance that an advance payment is required.
How can I book a transfer?
Book your Costa del Sol transfer in any way you like: write on WhatsApp, fill in the form on the website or call us.
How is the transfer booking confirmed?
After receiving your message, our manager will call you back to confirm your transfer and your wishes.
Conditions for cancellation of a transfer?
If you have a change of plans, please let us know 2 hours before the confirmed time.
If I miss my flight or change flights – what should I do?
Please inform us immediately of any changes to your journey so that we can quickly re-book a car for you and meet you on time.
Where will my driver be waiting for me when I arrive in Málaga?
The driver will be waiting for you at the exit of the arrival area with a nameplate.
From which other airports is it possible to book a transfer to the Costa del Sol?
We not only meet guests in Malaga, but also arrange transfers to Costa del Sol resorts from Seville, Granada, Cadiz Jerez, Faro, Almeria airports. We will also take you to any of these airports if necessary.\
How do I order a child seat for my transfer with children?
The youngest passengers up to 12 years of age and up to 135 cm in height must always travel in a special child car seat. When booking a transfer, please let us know 4 hours in advance which car seat or booster seat your child needs and we will take care of his/her safety.
How many luggage items will fit in the car?
Depending on the vehicle, the capacity ranges from 1 to 7 suitcases.
