A student/study visa must be obtained if the duration of study is more than 90 days
Such a visa is not a residence permit. Issued for the term of study, maximum for 1 year with the possibility of extension. A study visa is issued for any type of study – from language courses to schools and universities
Legal residence in sunny Spain and other benefits of a study visa:
- The ability to take your family with you (for adult students)
- The financial requirements are lower than for obtaining a residence permit
- Residing in Spain for the duration of the study
Who can get a student visa for Spain?
There are no restrictions on the age of applicants student visa to Spain. But when applying, the risk of rejection is higher for students older than 30 years. We will assess the risks in a specific situation and recommend where it is best to apply for a visa just for you:
